All persons representing Guardian Angels Consulting Services, LLC are expected to disclose to the audience/participant/client any real or apparent conflict(s) of interest that may have a direct bearing on the subject matter of the rendered service or education program. This pertains to relationships with health care providers and agencies, manufacturers or other corporations whose products or services are related to the service(s) rendered or subject matter of the presentation or topic. The intent of this policy is not to prevent a representative of Guardian Angels Consulting Services, LLC from providing information to the audience/participant/client. It is intended that any potential conflict should be openly identified so that the audience/participant/client may form their own judgements about the presentation/services with the full disclosure of facts. It remains for the audience/participant/client to determine whether the representative of Guardian Angels Consulting Services, LLC's outside interests may reflect a possible bias in either the exposition or the conclusions presented.
