Description

Almost every client you work with who is hospitalized, or is in a residential facility desires the skills that will enable them to return home. Home environmental assessment is a service that can be a crucial component in facilitating that return. Effective home environmental assessments & recommendations can help prevent future hospitalizations and help keep your client safe so that they are more likely to REMAIN HOME.
